Doesnt reflect actual product or inventory info

So after adding the product to my app, which wad in stock, I wasted an hour driving to Ikea to then be completely confused by the fact that the product number (803.187.78) does not actually correspond to q shelf product, but a group of products... Which arent in stock.

The apathetic info desk person gave me a number to call and told me the website is not affiliated with the store. Useless.
