The search feature doesnt work. I typed Jennylund in the search box, and I got no results. When I went through the hassle of clicking on categories, guess what I found? What a joke!
And you cant use the app to place an order.
Previous review: Just updated, and I dont see any improvements. Still cant filter search results; still cant change countries without losing shopping list. Thanks for ruining a perfectly good app, IKEA!
Previous review: When I opened my old IKEA app today (you know, the one that worked), it gave me two options - update or close. When I get to the App Store, I read IKEAs admission, "Please consider that all of the functionality from the previous IKEA app will not be available." Not optimistic, but it gets even more stupid! It also explains that I will need to create an account to save my shopping list. Well, I cant do that because I cant get into the old app.
Heres another stupid thing: if you change your country, your shopping list is deleted. IKEA has many of the same products in various countries. If yall cant figure out how to change the price and/or currency, you probably shouldnt be creating apps. After all, the old app (you know, the one that worked) had this capability.
I love IKEA, but their customer service in so many areas is truly awful! This is just another example of that fact.
