The "new and improved" app is the worst. Ever since you decided to change it, I have found its functionality seriously lacking! Please do something about it, change back to the old one or make this new one better! I have to resort to my desktop when its not convenient. You should have an app that works!

You cant log in (it always gives you a username and password dont match error). Search function doesnt work. The only way to locate a specific product is to use the browse function and cross your fingers that you dont need to sift through 100 pages to get there. Its been like this for a while. IKEA does not seem interested in fixing it. So dont bother downloading.

The new design is nice, but its clear that the app is a case of form over function. Shopping lists are less feature rich, only allowing one list. When youre looking at a bed and wardrobe, having each as a list allows the long list of items for each to be organized. More disappointing than that are server issues on log in, and a complete failure to search. Previously, the app was helpful in the warehouse to find isles for items. Now it would appear as though nothing is searchable. No search for an ikea product was successful, and scanning barcodes and item numbers didnt work either. It was a little frustrating to search for an item I was looking at in the showroom and not get any search results back. Id rather just use the website.

Can’t find products even by it’s exact name. Only through browsing. Using any sort of filter results in ‘no products found’. Even the filter “sort by price” removes all results. Once you do locate your product you can add it to your list and check inventory. So that’s something.

The app takes a long time to load, I have to close the app and then reopen it. The search works very poorly. IKEA please fix your app.

Would be great if I can sort by size, I.e. King size bed or 9/10 rug size. Also would be great if you can see more products in one page. In a grid instead of listed.

Tried to log in for the past week and keep getting the error message: "Server not responding" no support to help solve issue..

If this app worked, it would be an invaluable tool for shopping at IKEA. Being able to scan items to keep track of what youre buying, especially what you need to pick up at the end, would be great. The only problem is that its catalogue seems pretty empty. During my last IKEA trip, it recognized only one of the fifteen-or-so items I bought: a desk. All of the other things I bought were small items that you throw in your bag as youre shopping. Even manually inputting the names of products instead of scanning didnt work. I suppose it was convenient that the one thing I needed to pick up at the end came up in the app, but as a tool to pick out things you want in advance of your trip to IKEA, clearly this wont work. The cynic in me thinks maybe IKEA is happy to help you keep track of the big things you want but havent picked up yet, but that maybe they would rather not help you keep track of how the little things youve thrown into your bag have added up. All fourteen of those little things I bought added up to be a lot more than I expected.

Love this app! Works smoothly! And you can shop online or create a shopping list for in store! It also tells you whats in stock!

Original Ikea app was so much better. This one is just awful! Search feature does not work at all. Such a shame!

A simple and nicely designed app, but missing key features. Youre supposedly able to access your IKEA Family member card in your profile, but it doesnt show up anywhere. They really need to add this and make it work with Apple Wallet for this app to be useful.

After spending so much time filling out the shopping list and later finding it empty I find this app USELESS!

This app allows you to view IKEAs catalogue and then create a shopping list (wish list). You can see which items are in stock and find out how much the damage is going to be. Great app used it to redesign my bedroom.

I use this app to plan my shopping list before each ikea trip and its great to be able to check each item off and that it tells you exactly where to find them. However, its annoying that the app logs me out and each time I open it I have to re-enter my login details. Please update so it can always keep you logged in!

The first time I tap the app icon to open the app, the blue screen freezes until i close the app through multitasking. The second time I open the app, it loads to the welcome page and then closes itself. Then the third time I open the app, it finally works. It is that process every single time I want to use the app. Aside from that, the app is okay. Not super intuitive, but not the worst.

App always shuts down. I have to open it 2-3 times to make it work. It is also very slow

Thought I could avoid the broken shitty online checkout from the 90s, but I cant even view my cart in the app! You know I can browse your products online right? Why the app?

The old version allowed multiple lists and made it easier for me to organize by my needs. I liked knowing stock numbers of items at my closest stores, as well.

Please add the family card system into Wallet. It will be much convenient.
