IKEA Store App Reviews

There app looks nice enough but it suffers from a major flaw.... Single shopping list. With only single list it gets 2 stars. If it has multiple lists, it would be 4.

The old version had multiple lists, the website has multiple lists...I got to the store today only to discover that I couldnt see all my carefully organised lists! I cant fathom why you would "update" an app by removing a critical function. Major fail, IKEA.

You need to add this to the wallet, otherwise is useless...

I read the reviews and almost didnt bother downloading, but now Im glad I did! Not sure why everyone is unhappy with the app... Im able to see the aisle and bin numbers without any problem, which was initially my main concern. Easy to use and very responsive.

This app is awful. I was hoping to be able browse with ease but it barely functions It keeps freezing. I cannot get beyond selecting a store. I selected my nearest store. However, there are no prompts to begin browsing after that or an option in the menu bar. All I can do it go backwards (to selecting country and store again) or change what store I picked. Complete wash.

As most people I tend to write reviews only when exceptionally impressed or disappointed with an App. This one sits SOLIDLY in the later category ... it reports contact info & opening hours as well as a map and thats just about it. It purports to also be able to function as a shopping cart but I for the life of me cant figure that and it does not seem do be integrated with the catalog ... Not useless but VERY underwhelming ... a simple piece of paper and a map picked up in the store do a better job ...

I downloaded the app. I was only able to pull up 1 of my 3 shopping lists. I deleted the app.

Exactly that i get the no apple wallet suport

So after adding the product to my app, which wad in stock, I wasted an hour driving to Ikea to then be completely confused by the fact that the product number (803.187.78) does not actually correspond to q shelf product, but a group of products... Which arent in stock. The apathetic info desk person gave me a number to call and told me the website is not affiliated with the store. Useless.

Shopping list & store map made our trip a breeze. In and out in under 2 hours and we purchased a bed, couch, coffee table, china hutch, TV unit, nightstands, curtains, hardware, lamps, and dishes. Aisle & bin numbers were visible and I like that I could check things off once they were in my cart.

Please let me add my IKEA family card to my Apple Wallet. Having easy access to my Family Card is an essential part of the shopping experience and it is way to difficult to open the app and pull it up when standing in the checkout line. Make it so it is location aware and automatically appears on my homescreen when I am in your store. Then you will have a winner.

Plan to wait at least 30 minutes even for a small return. Only 2-3 cashiers making returns for a room full of people waiting. Unbelievably inefficient! Makes me think twice about making any purchases in the future. Certainly dont want to go through that again!

Would be nice and convenient to be able to access IKEA card through Apple Wallet.

I keep hoping this app will improve. Slow. Horrible options. Terrible login problems. Save list issues. Just a train wreck of an app. Get with the technology, folks!

So, I have an Ikea Store and Ikea Family account. Annual trip to Ikea. To get onto free wifi, I must have an ikea account ... Known info does not work ... Get that resolved via resets and delayed emails ... Fifteen minutes of aggravation ... Need the family card for the restaurant ... Does not work within the app ... Took an extra half hour to resolve. Ok got both. Finished shopping. At checkout pull out ikea app and the family account thing in the app is borked again!?!?!? Fire the guys who insist on two accounts and put somebody else in charge of the app.

The app will not recognize my email address after numerous attempts. I was able to log into the iPad app but not the iPhone app. Fix it!!!!

After creating a long list on my phone, I tried to login online to share it with my spouse, but the list was gone! Poof! Now Ill cry forever.
