Unable to login using The app, but able to log in on mobile /desktop site

They need to hire a real developer. It looks like their some junky products.

My wife and I each have the app on our iPhones and want to share one account so we can share a shopping list. But if you log in on a different device, the app kicks you out on all other devices and makes you enter your username and password to sign back in, which then kicks you out of the app on any other devices. So the app is unusable from multiple devices. Highly annoying. Also, I am looking for furniture thats available in their standard "black-brown" color. However, when you filter by color, there is an option for "black", and a separate option for "brown", but no option for "black-brown".

Downloaded app, tried to log in, double checked user ID and password, tried to log in, triple checked user ID and password, tried to log in, deleted app. No sense in offering log in functions if they dont work. No sense in tying up space on my phone if the app does not work either. Junk.

Please make the also we can Add the IKEA family card to Apple Wallet.

Though I like using the paper and the little pencils at the store, this app would be a great replacement for that. You can use it to access the shopping list you already have going online and see where the items are in your local store. So convenient!

The search feature doesnt work. I typed Jennylund in the search box, and I got no results. When I went through the hassle of clicking on categories, guess what I found? What a joke! And you cant use the app to place an order. Previous review: Just updated, and I dont see any improvements. Still cant filter search results; still cant change countries without losing shopping list. Thanks for ruining a perfectly good app, IKEA! Previous review: When I opened my old IKEA app today (you know, the one that worked), it gave me two options - update or close. When I get to the App Store, I read IKEAs admission, "Please consider that all of the functionality from the previous IKEA app will not be available." Not optimistic, but it gets even more stupid! It also explains that I will need to create an account to save my shopping list. Well, I cant do that because I cant get into the old app. Heres another stupid thing: if you change your country, your shopping list is deleted. IKEA has many of the same products in various countries. If yall cant figure out how to change the price and/or currency, you probably shouldnt be creating apps. After all, the old app (you know, the one that worked) had this capability. I love IKEA, but their customer service in so many areas is truly awful! This is just another example of that fact.

What is the POINT if you cant get past the first screen of the app because "The server is not responding. Please try again later." keeps popping up!! To add insult to injury, when you tap App Support in the App Store, youre directed to Ikeas site to shop - instead of a "help desk" to address the problem.

I put some stuff in my shopping list via the regular mobile site. Then I logged in with the app, but nothing shows up in my shopping list. Not useful.

This app is not up to date. New store in Lithuania is not included in the app.

This app is a train wreck. It freezes when first accessing location services, and logins fail -- despite working with identical credentials on desktop.

Useless, doesnt do much. I cant check my online order in the app or on the website. No one picks up the phone and online order status is broken as well...nothing works at IKEA.. Worst customer service of any retailer...

I really liked using this app and it made my trip much easier. I had saved a few items to my shopping list before leaving the house by just browsing the app. Later, as I walked around the store, I would scan the article numbers of items I was interested in and save them to my list. If I scanned a table, the table top and the legs were added together. I was pleasantly surprised when I got to the warehouse and realized that my saved items had been saved in order of aisle number, making it very easy to quickly locate and collect the items I planned to purchase.

What is the point of this app if it wont accept my credentials and allow me to log in despite them working just fine on their website?

What basic info is missing, like it doesnt know that there is an IKEA in Sofia and one in Thessaloniki and these locations have been open for years

I lovee how the app has a feature of shopping list but the app crashes all the time and its very slow!.. Please fix it wont let me add not one item before it crashes :(

You can see all the sub categories but as soon as you attempt to go into one the app just hangs and never loads the content.

The old version let me create custom lists, but when it was updated they were all combined into one generic shopping list. Okay, sure. Frequently the "server is not responding" which seems to mean some items will load and some wont. Just a pretty unusable app, which is unfortunate for them but good for my wallet I guess.
